Sweet Corn Noodle Soup

1 qt Vegetable stock

1/2 c Ribbon noodles, broken

2 c Sweet corn kernals

1/2 c Celery, chopped

1/2 ts Tumeric

Salt & pepper to taste Bring stock to a boil. Add noodles and sweet corn and boil 5 mins. Add celery and tumeric. Stir well, reduce heat, and simmer another 10 mins.
