Tomato Cups

5 md Tomatoes; Chopped OR

84 oz (3 Cans) Tomatoes, Drained

1 1/2 c Green Pepper Strips; 1/2"

1 md Onion; Cut Into Rings

1/3 c Salad Oil

2 tb Vinegar

1 ts Salt

3/4 ts Dried Oregano Leaves; Crush

3/4 ts Dried Basil Leaves; Crushed

1/4 ts Black Pepper

Combine all of the ingredients in a large salad bowl. Toss lightly to mix well, then cover and refrigerate until servings time.
